We'll accept full and partial returns if you are not completely satisfied with our products. We accept returns of at least 50% of the product and in its original packaging only. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products returned to Lily Pad Essentials. Once we have started the return process via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we'll provide you with a return address. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product via the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete.
Please note that we can only accept returns of products purchased directly through our website (www.lilypadaz.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer will need to be returned to the place of purchase, in accordance with their return policy.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are due a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We stand by our products and are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please email us at email@example.com.
