Shipping may take longer than quoted due to Covid-19 related issues.
We currently ship to US addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email/text with your order number. You'll also receive a second email/text with your tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped on UPS or USPS, depending on your selection.
Please allow 7-10 business days on orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Return Policy:
We're sorry that you didn't love your Lily Pad Essentials purchase! Please email us at lilypadessentials14@gmail.com and we'll be happy to come up with a solution for you.
We'll accept full and partial returns if you are not completely satisfied with our products. We accept returns of at least 50% of the product and in its original packaging only. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products returned to Lily Pad Essentials. Once we have started the return process via email at lilypadessentials14@gmail.com, we'll provide you with a return address. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product via the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete.
Please note that we can only accept returns of products purchased directly through our website (www.lilypadaz.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer will need to be returned to the place of purchase, in accordance with their return policy.
Sale Items:
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund; only unopened, unused regular priced items can be refunded.
